While in Nielsen, Satish won “Global Excellence Award” for research, Art Awards and certificates for getting world class rating by subordinates in Business Executive Survey.
Namrata has over 11 years of experience in Customer Support / Quality Roles. Her domain had been Diagnostics and she has handled Call Centre Operations @ Accurex for around 10 years. She was responsible for ‘Training & Quality’ of call centre agents and have received several Best Trainer Awards in her career.@ JAM – She continues to support the Quality Audit process of Tele-Interviewers.
Shama has over 10 years of experience in Market Research Industry. She is in JAM since 2011. She has extensive experience in handling field operations for large quantitative studies. In her employment @ JAM, she has successfully engaged clients like HDFC Bank, KMB, RBL, Bajaj Finserve, Mahindra Finance, Magma, Cholamandalam, Apollo Munich, ACMIIL, among others and delivered on their CATI based Customer Satisfaction Studies. She would be one point of contact for I-Sec on Operations requirement etc.
Alok has started JAM, in 2009.
Prior to JAM, Alok is BE/MBA and has worked with Patni / TCS eServe for over 07 years. @ TCS eServe has handled leadership roles under Operations & Client Engagement and was responsible for meeting SLA obligations and compliance / audit requirements. @ JAM – Alok leads BD & Client Relationship Management Efforts of the organization. Alok is also passionate about new product development and enabling Operations & Technology Solutions for JAM’s customers.
